Open Positions

Field & Fiber Roles

Cable Puller — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Lay and route cables through ducts, conduits, and walls across local areas. No prior experience needed — we train you on day one.

Fiber Line Distributor — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Distribute and terminate fiber optic lines from distribution boxes to customer premises. Knowledge of fiber is a plus but not required.

OFC Laying Technician — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Conduct underground and aerial optical fiber cable laying. Involves trenching, ducting, and blowing fiber cables across streets and buildings.

Fiber Splicer — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | 1+ year preferred Splice, joint, and test fiber optic cables using fusion splicing machines. OTDR testing experience preferred.

Lineman — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Handle aerial cable work on utility poles and building terraces. Must be comfortable working at heights.

CPE Installer — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Install and configure broadband equipment (ONUs, routers) at customer premises. Customer-facing role — punctuality and good behaviour matter.

Field Survey Executive — ₹15,000–₹18,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Conduct on-ground network surveys, measure cable routes, and submit reports. Two-wheeler required.

Sales Roles

Field Sales Executive — ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Incentives | Fresher or Experienced Door-to-door and society-level broadband sales across your local area. Top performers earn attractive monthly incentives.

Corporate Account Executive — ₹20,000–₹30,000 + Incentives | 1–3 years Manage B2B broadband and leased-line sales to SMEs, housing societies, and commercial clients.

Technical & Operations

NOC Engineer — ₹20,000–₹30,000/month | 1–3 years 24×7 network monitoring and fault coordination. Rotational shifts. Knowledge of IP networking and FTTH preferred.

IT Support Technician — ₹18,000–₹25,000/month | 1–2 years Maintain internal IT systems, office network, and server infrastructure.

Office & Support

Receptionist — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Front-desk and call handling. Hindi, Marathi, and basic English required.

Customer Support Executive — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and support tickets. Broadband troubleshooting knowledge is a big plus.

Billing & Accounts Executive — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month | Fresher or Experienced Manage subscriber billing, invoices, payment follow-up, and accounts entries. Tally or Excel preferred.

Freshers from any background are encouraged to apply for field roles. For technical and sales roles, prior experience in telecom, ISP, or a related field gives you an edge.
